Based on 15+ years working with ecosystems of all types of sizes, shapes and levels of maturity, this in-person workshop packs as much learning and analysis as possible into two full days session, working one-on-one with two international experts at your location. We will provide a holistic and good understanding of the risks and opportunities related to your startup ecosystem, starting with building a full understanding of your starting point, your current startup ecosystem maturity level and supporting services, SWOT analysis to build extended understanding what development and focus is required the most and from what parts the development would benefit the most to start from. To then together define clear target and milestones, along with plan, timeline and budget estimates to reach the set target.
