This is a one-way 'Non-disclosure Agreement' or 'NDA'. It is used when you want somebody to agree that information or documents you are sharing with them will be kept confidential. If they will also be sharing information with you that they also want to be treated as confidential, then you should use the 'Mutual NDA'.
